Silverstone. After a challenging qualifiying session where after examination of the car we discoverd that the camber had altered making the turn in difficult for Steve. We eventually qualified 21st out of 22.After some slick work back in the paddock the car was sorted ready for Steve to go out for the race. So with the car fixed Steve lined up on the grid. Another storming start saw Steve make up 4 places. Following a mid race dice with cars driven by Stuart Nicholls and Lee Mckee saw Steve come out on top to finish 15th on the track. Following post race scrutineering Steve was promoted to 14th following the exclusion of Car 55 for being underweight. So going forward the team are looking to build on these results for the final two rounds, the double header at Snetterton and the final round at our home circuit Mallory Park.

Snetterton . After yet another challenging qualifiying session where Steve was struggling for grip (probably due to a cold track and the rain the night before) we qualified 25th out of 27. Not a position we wished to be in but we were on the right side o fthe track to make a good startSo to Race 1. All looked good. The track had warm up and we were looking forward to a good race. Another good start saw Steve making up places despite Car 14's best efforts to block us. Steve took to the pit line exit to avoid any potential incidents. Steady progress was being made and we were up to 16th place by mid race. Unfortunately things went down hill from there as 3rd gear decided it had had enough and refused to be selected. Despite this Steve gamely struggled on and finished 21st.Once the car was back in the paddock the team looked to see what was wrong but without a replacement gearbox Steve had to contest the second race with only 1,2 & 4th gears. Again despite Car 14's best efforts to T bone us on the final corner when he pulled back on the track after spinning Steve finished a creditable 19th.Now the car is back at the workshop the purchase of a new gearbox is number 1 priority so that the car is ready for the final round on the 17th of October at our home circuit of Mallory Park.

Mallory Park - Plum Pudding Allcomers. After a successful second season the eam decided to enter the Annual Boxing Day event at our local circuit of Mallory Park. Steve was joined by Scott in his Mazda and a rare outing by Dave Roberts in his Porsche 944. The team were greeted with 3 inches of snow and ice in the Paddock with temperatures well below freezing.A fantastic effort was made by the organisors to get the circuit in a racing condition and the cars went out for practice initially behind the safety car. An uneventful practice was completed with Scott taking the honours with fastest time of the three team cars. The Grid was made up from receipt of entry and as such saw the cars line up 9th (Dave), 11th (Scott) and 12th (Steve) respectively. As has been the case for most of the season Steve made a storming start getting into the first corner 6th overall and was closely followed by Dave and Scott. These positions where to remain the same until the exit of Gerrads on the third lap .Steve came out the corner still in 6th place but with the chasing pack right on his tail. In the pack Scott and Dave touched which ended with Dave having a huge moment which unfortunately ended with the Porsche going head first into the armco and sustaining very heavy damage. Initial thoughts are that the car could be a rightoff. The remaining cars continued to finish with Steve taking a second in class. The second race saw Steve start on the front row and Scott on row 2. Steve lead into the first corner but unfortunately was not to stay there eventually repeating the Second in class he achieved in Race 1.
